Here is a summary of CREAM-IV flight preparation status on the 24th of November at McMurdo.
- The top SCD sparsification board Actel chips pins are cleaned again. Not much difference. But with the power is on, it seems improving in pedestal noise wise. Still some zero gain channels in the charge calibration run. Will send the muon run data files for checking the aliveness of sensors.
- The CPT with the CDM started this morning.
- The first phase of 4 tests in the CPT is the matched power mode.
- Tomorrow, we will have remaining 3 phases tested.
- The weather briefing shows that the weather on Wed/Thur are windy. Hope for a good weather in either Wed. or Thur. for the hang test.
- The hang test is now planned to be either on the 26th (NZT)/25th (EST) or 27th (NZT)/26th (EST). If we can not do the hang test during the two days, the next chance is on the 30th (NZT)/29th (EST).
- SOC, please let me know whether you have any problems in having the hang test on the 29th (Saturday) or 30th (Sunday).
